Professional Experience
Vertex Tax Solutions: Provided hands-on strategic & technical services to build AI Framework & Copilot training included providing workshops, pilots, for 7K global users.
Merck & Co. Pharmaceutical: Providing hands-on Copilot training for scientists and technical teams, designing workshops and pilot programs to accelerate adoption of Microsoft AI tools.
State of Minnesota: Oversaw transformation for the States Revenue Agency, collaborating with the US IRS & States AGO to streamline tax data & establish governance. Reducing 2K workflows, reuse of 2TB storage. Provided framework adoption strategies, including training and learning systems, for over 20,000 employees.
GE Aerospace: Oversaw transition to several tenants, working with business units to ensure adoption of new M365 environment & cyber training materials. GE splitting into several companies each owning its own M365 tenant.
Howmet Aerospace: Oversaw Cloud transition from on-prem to GCCH G3/G5, 2K users, and mapping to CMMC Level 2 readiness. Creating OCM & training materials to assist with the cyber security controls being implemented such as Intune, MFA, Exchange Gov tenant, and shared drives (data cleanup); responsible for managing $5M budget & executive reporting.
Pentagon Federal: Led transition premises to GCC cloud for CMMC compliance, supporting 5,000 users. I developed organizational change management and training materials, managed a $2M project budget, and provided executive reporting.
Master Card: Oversaw enterprise Unified Communication (Skype for Business) implementation, and OCM for Mergers & Acquisitions transformation; 160K global users. Managed migration of M365 Azure, MFA, Exchange, SPO, and removing Avaya phones. Seven vendors, along with 150 project FTE’s reported directly to me. Responsible for managing $35M project reporting & presenting weekly financials to CFO, CIO and CTO.
